Pulse is not just another crowded social media platform, but a platform exclusively for your tribe. Whether it’s your family or your best friends, Pulse is a place to connect with the people who matter most to you.

With Pulse, you can share your mood and experiences with your inner circle, check in with your tribe to see how they're doing and keep up with their latest moods and track your own wellbeing with the private diary feature.

We aim to create a safe and positive online community for everyone. To ensure that, we have established the following guidelines that everyone must follow. They are part of our Terms of Use, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy (together the “User Agreement”). If you don’t agree with any part of the User Agreement, including the Community Guidelines, then it might be that Pulse isn’t for you.

Spam

Please refrain from posting repetitive or irrelevant content. Users who engage in spamming activities will be warned and may face account suspension or termination if the behaviour persists.

Harassment

We do not tolerate any form of harassment, including but not limited to, bullying, threats, intimidation, or unwanted advances. If you experience or witness any such behaviour, please report it immediately, and our team will take appropriate action.

Hate Speech

We do not tolerate any hate speech, including discrimination or derogatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic. Users who engage in hate speech will be banned from the platform.

Sexually Explicit Content

We do not allow any sexually explicit content, including pornography, nudity, or sexually suggestive material. Posting such content will result in immediate account termination.

Child Abuse

We have zero tolerance for any behaviour that solicits or promotes child abuse, neglect, or exploitation in any form. Such behaviour is a criminal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Users who violate this policy will be banned from the platform, and we may take legal action against them.

False Information

Posting or sharing false information, including rumours or fake news, is not permitted on our platform. Users who violate this policy may face suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property Violation

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Posting content that infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited. We are committed to working with relevant authorities in the event of any complaints regarding intellectual property infringement.

Violence

We do not allow any content that promotes or glorifies violence, including graphic or disturbing images. Users who violate this policy may face suspension or termination.

Terrorism

Any content promoting or supporting terrorism or extremist activities is strictly prohibited on our platform. Users who engage in such activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Scam or Fraud

Posting fraudulent or misleading information, including scams or phishing attempts, is not allowed on our platform. Users who engage in such activities will be banned.

Suicide or Self-Injury

We do not allow any content that promotes or encourages suicide or self-injury. Users who post such content may face suspension or termination.

Data Privacy Concerns

We take data privacy very seriously and expect our users to do the same. Please refrain from sharing personal information, aby content subject to confidentiality obligations or sensitive data on our platform and report any breaches or concerns to our team immediately. We are committed to working with relevant authorities in the event of any data privacy violations.

Account Impersonation

Impersonating another user, brand, or organization is strictly prohibited on our platform. Users who engage in such activities will be banned.

Illegal Activities

We prohibit any form of illegal activity that violates the law. This includes cybercrime including hacking, piracy, phishing, identity theft, and other types of online fraud. We do not allow the facilitation of the sale of banned or regulated products, including drugs, firearms, counterfeit goods, and other illegal items. Users are not permitted to promote or advertise any illegal activities, nor are they allowed to engage in any form of behaviour that violates applicable laws and regulations.
